Recent IT Projects

Novavax Pharmaceutical

Build out of their new space over 60,000 Sq feet. We installed new Cat6 cable to replace the existing Cat5 cable. We terminated over 500 Data and Voice lines. We created an IDF to service a remote area of the bldg. Additionally we rebuilt the existing wiring closet to better manage the cable allocation on the racks. All cables were tested and properly dressed and labeled.

District Libraries (DCPL)

Assisting with the cable plant design for the upgrade to the Washingtoniana area of the MLK branch. We are installing all new Cat6 Cable to support the remodel of the area. We are extending fiber from the Data Center to an IDF to allow the Washingtoniana area to manage their own cable adds moves and changes. The IDF will allow them to function separately from the other areas on the same floor.

Veteran Affairs Medical Center

Teamed with Shipcom & Urban Francis in a secure setting to upgrade the existing inventory system within the DC and Baltimore VA Hospitals. We are responsible for determining the proper path to link the cable supporting the new inventory system to the existing telecom closets. We have completed the DC project, and are scheduling the Baltimore sites to begin in summer of 2015.
